SAPAA and EWDTS members receive a 30 % discount to attendance fee.

Two Day Stay


  • $325(US) if paid before August 15th 2011.
    • SAPAA and EWDTS members: $227.50(US).
  • $375(US) if paid after August 15th but more than one week prior to the conference.
    • SAPAA and EWDTS members: $262.50(US).
  • $450(US) if paid on arrival at conference reception. Only for two days.
    • Cash only. No credit card or cheques will be accepted.

One Day Stay


  • $250(US) if paid before August 15th 2011.
    • SAPAA and EWDTS members: $175(US).
  • $300(US) if paid after August 15th but more one week before the conference.

Sponsor guest fee


  • Sponsors guests US $ 250 if paid by sponsors 30 days in advance.

What is included?


  • Welcome reception, lunches and coffee/tea breaks are included in the fee.

Payment and Registration


  1. Register here on the website.
  2. The name of attendee must be included with each credit card payment.
  3. Registration is valid once payment is registered.
    • Cancellations done one month before conference will be reimbursed 90 % of paid amount.
    • Cancellations after that will only be reimbursed 20% of paid amount.
